Switching off Airbags

Hi. I tried searching for this info on the forums but could get much info , even tried googling but no luck. My question is about switching off / disabling airbags while off roading. Is this necessary? If yes , how does one do it on a Prado?

We generally recommend switching off Side Airbags while offroading because of the angle in which the car is sometimes driven. But having said that Prado's side airbags have a better understanding than some American cars and have rarely popped on the sand while offroading

Till Fewbie level you would be fine by not disabling the side airbags. After that it's recommended to get it done to avoid unnecessary expenses.
