music system fuse was burnt

the music system fuse is burnt which stopped it to play and even after replacing the fuse it is not working.

is anything else damaged?

See good electrician and ask him to chase the short circuit due to which music system fuse blown. If short is still there music system wont kick in and it might get more damage with earthing. Ask mechanic to check some wire isn't touching the hot part under the car like exhaust or some other heat shield.
