I want a second opinion should buy Ford Mustang 1995?

i am planing on buying a second hand Ford Mustang which is a 1995 model but it has to problems that is the right side exhaust is leaking and second is EGR valve on the header rear sway bar is broken.

Should i go for the deal if these repairs are not very expensive or do i leave it.

If the leak is in the tube then it can be fixed which is not expensive and even the EGR valve is a easy fix as well.
