The vehicle owner will receive a confirmation code via text message. Now the owner is required to enter the received code. The applicant can now check all the important details of the car. The applicant must settle the service fees by using a credit card. Once the applicant completes the aforementioned steps, then they become eligible to receive the certificate via email or website. SERVICE FEE Certificate fee: AED 100 Knowledge and Innovation fees: AED 20 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further." You can only pull it when you sign in into RTA and the car is under your name... they changed that some time ago. If you cant figure the owner or the car is owned by a dealer who isn't cooperating, you won't be able to get this data until the car is transferred to you. In the past you could access this service but the owner received a message and had to give his approval for the records to be shared. Read statistic some time back, people were importing car to Russia, officially bought here, when time to register in Russia - can't, sent to special parking, as Interpol showed this car is stolen.
