MKHan
Dear All, I have recently observed two issues with my Prado 2023 GXR and wanted to discuss, 1) When I enter low range mode and enable DAC there is a major knocking sound from front of the vehicle , which appears to be too loud. I was wondering if that is normal? I never driven offroad only was checking the feature. I have done all the prior steps as per the manual i.e. enter Neutral mode and then rotate the knob. 2) The rear AC console does not illuminate, would you know what issue that could be. I have also attached an image for reference. It was working fine previously but suddenly stopped working Any help or pointers will be highly appreciated. Rear AC Console. Thanks

Thanks Dear @MKHan whenever you enable the DAC, you’ll have a pulsating noise from the ABS system as it’s applying the brakes, I suspect this is the noise you are hearing. With regards to the AC issue, as your vehicle seems new I’d approach the dealership once and get it looked at. "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."
