why ac air flow coming through foot position while its its positioned to face ( expedition 2012 )

Check all the posible setting thru owners manual 100%, as its 2012 model. Very unlikely to switch to go bad.

If sure then go to dealer and get the whole HVAC duct control mechanism changed. As it must be in warranty for sure.

Surprise to see such issue in new 2012 model. So sad.
