We request every member who joins this drive to go through the information below and strictly follow these guidelines, etiquette, and responsibilities.

First time with Carnity Off-road Club:

• Please share your vehicle details - Make, Model, Color, and Year.
• Do you have any prior off-road experience? If yes, pls share details.
• Confirm your vehicle has front and rear tow hooks/eyelets.
• Advise if you don’t have a programmable radio and safety flag.

Drive Details

Level:  Newbie and above (all levels)

Meeting time: 6:15 AM (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/f8nSRBXb24ryGTvm8

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 10:15 AM

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE:

• This drive is limited to 12 cars only. RSVP will close on Friday - 6 PM.
• If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
• RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list.
• Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

Thank you for joining Carnity, and for signing up for the drive on Saturday morning. As you have seen, you are currently on the wait list. I will confirm tomorrow afternoon the final list, and i hope to be able to include you, but please wait for my confirmation to actually join the drive.

In the meantime, as it is your first drive with us, can you please add a few details as below, by answering to this topic

- your car (Pajero, 2 or 4 doors, mods if any...)

- your previous off road experience, if any

- confirm you have a tire deflator, flag, and radio (all this is compulsory)

- please program your radio with Carnity 10 frequencies BEFORE the drive, you can refer to that post https://carnity.com/advice/offroad/carnity-two-way-radio-frequencies-r119/

- please confirm you have watched the Absolute Newbie video linked above

You are confirmed for the Newbie drive tomorrow morning in Nahel. Please make sure that your car is ready for the drive, and remove unnecessary items from the passenger and trunk areas.

I will issue the convoy order by the end of the afternoon. Please let me know before that in case you changed your plan and cannot attend.

Take a look at your route to the meeting point, and try to arrive a bit before the meeting time (6:15 am) so that we can prepare the vehicles and have a safety briefing before starting driving.

Coming from Dubai, you have 2 main options

- E66 / E20 This is the preferred option

- E611 / E75 (Truck Rd) / E16 / E20. On this itinerary, the junction E75 - E16 was blocked last week, and may still be blocked.

If this second option still works better for you, there is a detour as per the below scheme:
