As my trusty old Izuzu is still in the workshop, i will be driving Vanessa's white whale again This will be a very gently drive, as it's designed to bring a family member or friend along that hasn't been in the desert yet, or has difficulties sitting through a 3-4 hour offroad drive. A brilliant idea @DP1011 came up with and perfect to launch this during Eid holidays. Starting from the little town called Murquab, along the Dubai-Al Ain Road, we will snake our way going north towards Lisaili, and have a sitdown at one of the Al Qudra Lakes. This lake is perhaps not the most beautiful one, but surely it will be calm and i don't expect anyone else to be there. I can only assume that many other lakes would be extremely busy now with the Eid holidays. I also wanted to welcome @florent sierens who will be on his first club drive with us with the brilliant little Jimny! I am sure you'll have a great time. Don't hesitate to ask for help where needed. Upon arrival we can deflate to 14-15psi. We will use Channel 10 on our Walkie Talkies: 446.231Mhz Exit will be along Al Qudra road. See you all at 5PM (15mins earlier is always better so you have ample time to deflate and setup your flag). Don't forget your chair! 2 1 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."
