DRIVE DESCRIPTION

 

This one is all about exploration.

Starting from the westernmost edge of Al Adlah, we’ll point the convoy east and see what we can uncover along the way. There’s no polished route and no guarantee of a clean line through — the aim is to explore, test possibilities and hopefully unlock some new terrain for future drives.

Expect plenty of stops, starts, scouting and backtracking. We may find a promising line only to discover it goes nowhere, loop back toward where we started, or suddenly stumble across something completely unexpected.

There’s no pressure to cover big distance. This drive is about curiosity, problem solving and enjoying the process of finding out what lies beyond the next dune.

Expect the unexpected.

Iced latte coffee will be provided, B Y O Conversation for last 20 minute or so break. Bring a chair.

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.
