my accelerator is acting funny

hey i have a strange problem that today morning while driving to the office after 5 km i stopped at the signal and when the signal went green and i put my foot on the accelerator it wasn't pressed down far enough.... When it was actually submerging into the carpet.

i have never heard a problem like this so i called the dealers and they said they will fix it but wouldnt tell what is wrong with it

Its a throttle body issue, you can fix it anywhere pro garage in quarter the cost. May be change or open and clean and refix.
