Why my car dies?

every time i change gear or wait at the signal or otherwise the car dies. what is making my car to die like this?

Better get the full diagnostic done, as in older non ECU controlled cars this seems like a missing issue. But in modern day car it needs to be diagnosed with proper VAG compliant OBDII tool. It may be a as small issue as missing or cyclinder misfiring due to to bad spark plugs, or lead. Or it could be something serious and faulty in gearbox.

Sounds like a vac leak or MAF problem.

are revs fluctuating when at a stand still?

Thanks all for the replies and help. Much appreciate it guys.

My car actually had choked to death air filter and then mechanic also cleaned the MAF sensor on the neck of air filter.

After this everything was good and so far im enjoying the ride everyday.
