vibratation of the car

i am having and issuer with a steering wheel vibration. I also continued to have vibration at 70-75 kph which is pretty low speed

any advices

Need to check the PSF (Power Steering Fluid) level, or get the steering rack checked by professional, some minor bush or joint needs change.
