there is an unusual popping noise when i got from N to D what could it be

Check gear oil (if its stale and due for change)

Check gear foundation, must be broke or crack making noise inside the cabin.

Check engine foundation, must be broke or crack making noise inside the cabin.

Either of these three will def solve your problem.
