Installing HID on you Car

Did anyone try to install Xenon Lights/HID in his car? I'm planning to install one on my 2012 Sonata's foglamp.

Any inputs or comments?

HID lights are very good. I personally like it. I have never done the installation on my own, but an expert did it for me. I also also suggest you to get it installed from a professional as the process may seem simple but its not that easy. You may disturb the electric circuit of the engine.

Hi Hamad, thanks for the inputs. I had mine installed for my fog lamps already. There are some reputable shops in Deira.

Will it be a reason to fail for RTA testing if I had it installed in the foglamps? I heard installation of HIDs in the low and high beams are not allowed.

It can be one reason. these days, RTA are changing rule every single day. Recently, my friend also failed RTA testing because of the HID lights.
