ABS light flickers

when going over rough land the ABS light flickers for a few seconds which is very new to me as i have not faced this issue earlier.

is this a matter or concern???

May be concern, see the qualified technician for infiniti and ask him to tie the ABS wiring and socket properly. It may be due to some loose contact somewhere, if still happen same then get computer check done and read the fault code if any recorded.
