hood looks lifeless

i have a TT Roadster and my front part of the car that is the hood has faded.

is there some kind of wax or polish to get the life back

Try carnuba wx, and LOTS of elbow grease. It will shine like anything.

On regular basis use DEMON SHINE liqid one cap in one bucket of water and in months time whole car will shine. I use Demon shine on both my car and my cleaner always use it.
