Bypassing the parking brake for displaying Video

Hi All. I know this sounds dangerous but I want to do this so that the passenger sitting next to me can watch video while I'm driving. As you know, once the parking brake is off the video feed on the screen will disappear. What I want to do is to disable this feature. I have a 2009 FX35 and I was wondering if anyone did this before or knows a trusted workshop in UAE who can do that. I found easy to install kits on the internet that can easily do this but they are all made for US specs Infiniti and all the connections look different than Gulf specs. They offered me to do special connections so that the kit fits in my car but they need the Service Manuals for the car which are hard to find.
