2000 model p38 cold start up issue

Im facing cold start refusal upto 1 min, and then after min it start in first self. Why i need to switch on for 1 min???

change the battery, new spark plugs, new HT leads.

Starter relay is faulty or dying, change it and see if it helps. im very positive it will. good luck.
