Air filter housing cleaning question

the Air filter housing needs cleaning according to my mechanic and as a advise should i be changing he air filter as well???

Im sure your mechanic is making big stories.

Go to eppco and ask oil change attendant to clean the air filter.

When he will open the fliter ask him to air the air filter box too and with such huge pressure gun all the dust will go away. Hand 10 aed to eppco attended and he will smile back at you.

Thanks Victor will try that moro, never knew it cud be that simple.

Mechanic want 400 dhs for that and want to leave the car behind for a day.
