car is wobbling after tier rotation

after 2 years i was getting my tiers rotate and just after that i found my car a but out of control a bit wobbly.

i went back to them and they gave me a green chit saying there is nothing wrong with the tiers .

what should i do now

Should have balanced the tires while rotating, as its anyways its out and good to get it balanced.

Could be possible while rotating some weight might fell off the car and making this wobbly feel now. Only possible thing is re balancing the tire. As just by visual inspection you wont any fault. Wheels need to be loaded on machine and measured their both sides weight has to be zero.
