body shakes on D while parked

hi my C 200 2003 kompressor shakes only when it is parked and the gear is on D mode only and there is an engine oil leak what seems to be the problem

Some (out of 3 -4) engine mounting (foundation) rubber seat is cracked or torn completely. Easy fix, buy original and get it changed. Vibration on D will go.

You must be doing too much redlight racing is one reason to torn these, and second is the age.
