Alivayani
I visited Silber Arrows and was impressed with their workshop ambiance, technical knowledge of staff and personal attention. I started-off my relationship with Silber Arrows by asking them to technically appraise a 2008 CL 500 which I wanted to buy. I eventually bought the car as their technical assessment did not reveal any significant issues and the cost of technical appraisal was also not prohibitive (AED 500). One week after buying the car, I realized that the lumbar support in the driver's seat was not working. It was a turn-off as it was not captured in their assessment. I took the car back to them to fix this as well as some noise that was also coming out of the seat sliding rails. They said it's a small lubrication issue which is why we did not capture this in the initial assessment and should not cost much. However, today I received the estimate of AED 11,000 (1500 for lumbar support and 9500 for seat railings), yes eleven thousand, from them to fix this issue as the entire seat railing needed replacement. I was really upset until the time I went to pick up my car where I was told that they tried to fix this issue (estimated cost was AED 9,500 for this) without requiring to buy the parts and were nearly successful. I was very happy when I checked that they did manage to solve the sound issue but the lumbar support for which I have to spend AED 1500 only. But that was fair as they did not charge me a single penny for fixing the sound issue as a courtesy though they spent hours on it. This is something that you don't get in the agency. Agency generally suggests to replace the part and if that part is a component of a bigger part they would rather ask you to replace the bigger part. I will visit Silber Arrows again. It's a little expensive, but what you get is a professional service, 10% discount on the parts, free technical advice and quick turn around time. But with all this you still save a lot as compared to the agency.
clivegp
I can also recommend Silber Arrows highly, I own two ageing Mercedes and always feel that I receive the very best of advice from the staff. Phillip is brilliant and you can always talk to him, he is never too busy to give advice, I always feel that they have the best interests of customers at heart and are genuinely interested in your best welfare. The front service desk is also great, they are always ready to serve you with a good cappuccino!
boss
what about Gargash, they are decent service center in Dubai with 6 outlet also in Northern Emirates, cost wise they are on the higher side, but with Merc you can't compromise

adnanJ
I really hope silber arrow stay like that forever as when any new business open in Dubai in auto world, they offer best customer service and interest and soon after year or so they become rude blood sucking vampire like many others. Every touch talks money money money.
