clicking noise in engine

when driving my car in high speed i.e. beyond 100 the engine makes a loud clicking noise which is distracting

please advice

It must be rocker arm knocking in engine as it must be running dry. Let professional check your oil pump and is there any low oil pressure light is on????

Then dont drive, fix the oil pump as it will soon seize the engine.

Oil level was low, so i topped up and now no noise. Will be checking the sensor this weekend. thanks tomy.
