Why has man created fast lane for

i am driving at 7 AM in the morning at 120 not worrying about flash as my wife is about to deliver what i see is a lady driving at 70 KMPH on fast lane

so first i reduce the speed as its a 3 lane road and the other 2 are occupied too so i slow down first and i go close to her car hoping that she gets the message to either speed up or change lane

Which she didnt so i flash at her sill no luck for sometime i thought that is a machine driving the car as it was too unhuman not to move

so i horn and she may have increased the speed a little but dose not change the lane. fortunately the other lane guy understood my emergency and gave me way as i pass by this lady is on the phone with her glasses on with a BIG attitude. why the hell do people do this

Fast lanes are not meant for casual or slow driving its meant for emergencies when will people understand this.

then we complain that accident rates are so high. ITS NOT BECAUSE OF SPEED its because of careless attitude of some drivers.

the other day i read that a lady driver is the highers fine payer. I wasent shocked my wife was oh how can it be a women they always drive safe and slow and i say yeah slow for sure but not safe

slow in the wrong lane and make it unsafe for other drivers.

very sad what happened my sympathies are with you what i think for the next time if ever you are faced with such situation just get the car number and best is to take a photograph as a proof for cops.
