instrument panel is not working

i have boxster which is 1999 6 clyl 2 wheel manual the the problem with my instrument panel is that there is no activity happening so i checked fuse B1 which was working fine and now i am staring at relays and don't know what to do.

You going in right direction dude, fuse, relay and then earth connection. As whole instrument is rare to die. Some electicry.
