my porsche window is jammed how can i unjam it

i had taken my 911 to muscat and when coming back i had rolled down the window all the way and not it is stuck

please advise

do an experiment by starting the engine hold the window switch in the up position and shut the door.

sometimes the motors go into a shock mode and shutting the door with switch up will move them enough to get the window up.

if this dosent work get the motor changed.

I've just done that got the motor changed.
