Zayed road when suddenly the airbag in the steering popped out at his face. He lost control from his car. Though he was saved but it was really not expected that infiniti doesnt take care.of their postsale services. We reported a complain to the dealer and they were least botheredto follow up on thesame. I think they should thing about the customer complaints seriously otherwise they may loose their prestigious customers. I know a friend who is also annoyed with the after sales service of the Lexus.
