This is a nice mod

"Going electric" is nothing but a buzz phrase, and governments claiming that they will be ready to ban the sale of cars with IC engines in 20 years are deluding not only themselves, but their voters as well. Several recent innovations in IC technology will keep these engines going for at least the next several decades until somebody works out how to make the manufacturing of electric cars a viable proposition, from both an economic and environmental perspective.

Disagree to the extent of protest. There are many properly restored RRCs and other classic without them being gutted of thier souls and replaced with useless batteries. One of my strongest beliefs is electric is NOT the way to go but being rammed down peoples throats because people have become lazy in innovation and money for new innovation is hard to come by so they are just screwing around with electric because its the lowest hanging fruit at the moment. Look at the 59s and 60s even big manufacturers were experimenting with all sorts of things, like jet powered planes and even nuclear powered planes. Now everybody is just like sheep going down the electric avenue. Which even after 2 decades has show no real improvement or feasibility. Biggest leap till now has been Tesla that also because ot was backed by huge money but its also starting to show its cracks as time goes on. And really hasn't caught on anywhere except the lower east coast of the USA. Close to home base.

The first night drive started many to come as we welcome the Holy month of Ramadan. Thank you @sertac for an amazing experience as we met up at the quad bike rental. After a quick brief and convoy numbering we started the much awaited night drive. With all capable people behind some capable wheels it promised a drive to excite all. The first step to a wonderful night ahead was climbing the Faya, most of the cars managed it from the front face with @skumar83 just wondering to the top finding a smooth path up without a single bump. As we all reached on top we all took turns to play in the bowl just next to the top. We continued to play in numerous dunes and enjoyed the route @sertac selected beyond words can justify. With @Gaurav in second lead always encouraging Sertac to push his boundaries and continue to explore some fresh dunes. Some soft patches did make things challenging and we did face some refusals and even some sticks, but we kept the convoy moving at a good pace. We later found some tracks which lead us to the top of Fossil Rocks. With a quick nap and a timely wake up call we started our Suhoor. After a very satisfying Suhoor we started contemplating if we wanted to get out in 5 minutes or 30 minutes. Unanimous decision was to take the long route out. Sertac once again surprised us by taking us through some awesome area undiscovered by us before. After an awesome day out and a quick inflation and with the sun finally making its debut for the day it was time to head home. Another amazing night out with loads of fun and amazing stories to take back. Quiet but very capably well done @EmVarlet who started our drive with sweets.
