Intermediate drives are not just about travelling as many kilometers as possible and going as fast as you can through the dunes. They are also about being able to cope with highly technical small tightly packed dunes and to cope with the unexpected. There is a large area in the Lehbab, Margham, Murquab Lisali quadrant with multiple types fo dunes and challenges. The intention is to cover as many of these as possible entering in Lehbab and exiting in Lisali. If we cover all this has to offer, we can then decide if we continue and take on additional challanges. Having said all that, this is not an area that is as familiar as Qudra, Fossil Rock or Pink Rock, so it adds to the excitement and challenge because a lot of what we will do will be an exploration and discovery of the area. . Just don't expect that we will be hammering through all the dunes at top speed so we can cover the highest number of kilometers, but we will be along and at the top of the dunes, and negotiating our way through soft. soft sand that is very unforgiving. You will need to decide what it is you want from your truck first, make a plan, just putting any lift kit might turn out not working for you at all, adding on weight later on will affect which type of suspension upgrades you will need, you dont want to have to change everything again if you decide to put different bumpers and other items on the back at a later stage that all add extra weight and then you did not plan for that when you upgraded the suspension. A good point to start to get height added to your truck will be the tyres and rims to get your read axle higher of the ground then decide which suspension upgrade will go along with it (2-2.5inch lift is more than enough) to lift your chassis (break over angle, approach and departure angle) higher of the ground for better clearance. There are many options for suspension also, so you’ll need to do your research a bit to see what will suit your needs and most importantly your pocket as suspension is not cheap starting from around 6.5k to almost 15k.... shop around for tyres and rims first and check their weight as you dont want to add to much extra weight to your truck. i know 385hp is plenty and i know you will barely feel the difference but less weight is better, also look into a cold air intake when you do all these modifications to help your truck breathe easier (it adds 10+hp also) Good luck ✌🏼

Hi @Gaurav Soni yes this will also work, but not in combination with your rear difflock activated. So you could do like this: 1) First attempt with traction control OFF and rear difflock OFF 2) Second attempt with traction control OFF and rear difflock ON 3) Third attempt with traction control ON and rear difflock OFF The problem is that Mitsubishi disables your traction control automatically when you go in 4Lo with Rear difflock ON. Because of this, some guys in Australia designed a double-functionality killswitch that would enable you to engage your rear-difflock AND traction control at the same time. That would be in theory the most interesting feature for self-recovery.

Have been watching some of the videos posted and comments from the beginning and quite a lot of content, thanks to everyone who has contributed, as @Rahimdad said its wise to watch and learn what not to do. Most of the accidents/events are due to people defying logic/gravity or basic off-roading sense (easier said than done), isn't it wise to feel your car, as in gravity and your car will tell you when not to force your self and your car (its important to make the safer choice at that split moment, rather than be egoistic and risk damage or injury), again easier said than done because we make split second decisions. Most of the time its human tendency to do the extra mile (sometimes peer pressure, if he can do it so can i...or just having a competitive nature) which creates trouble, after seeing these videos realize how bad some of these could be (Life changing incidents) and its important for each one of us to realize this sport can and has the power to change your life. It is fun but one mistake can cause pain to yourself or your loved ones or someone else. I fully appreciate the grading and skill level now and thanks to all the Marshals/Leads that actually draw a safe path for all of us and promote safety.
