Dear Friends @Danie @Jabir @Riyadh @Christian Jooste @Infaz @topgear @Hansmtb @Noufal @Bhaskaran Ramaswamy @khlief It has been for a while since I took the Newbies for a night dive at pink rock . I was so impressed by their performance and adherence to the rules of desert especially in the dark where almost most of the members in this drive it was their first time to drive in the night .no refusals no shovels no ropes and the only one what seemed stuck actually was not and simply the driver was so vigilant and didn’t fight gravity when missed the line and preferred to stop waiting for instructions to get out and it was out already. The red sand was semi wet still from last week rainfall and extra care was taken when tackling the terrain . The first break was at Nazwa dune after we looped from behind the pink rock what an amazing view weather and chitchat. The kids and families where at most joy interacting and snapping their pictures for memory. After that the night trumpet hit under the new lunar light heading toward big red and on the way the radio was almost silent except when I was testing its function 😄 which says it all . We lined up at the bottom facing the eastern face of the giant dark mountain and every one took a climb twice which fantastic to watch . The last part of the trip took a crescendo touching the Fb level without crisscrossing and that was a suspense adrenalin peak before we line again for one last time before the exit finally . I would say it was one of my best relaxing Newbie Night drives so it was I hope for all . Thank you all for coming and supporting each other and I wish every one a happy and prosperous new year Cheers 🌹 “ he sees without seeing and to him the darkness is as clear as the day light “ “The Dark Knight “ Seidam2 points

Good Evening All ! @Andrew John Melvill @J-P L @Zahid Sharif @Albert_Spa @Emanuel @Aser @nithish468 @Bravoecho @Stumpy Please find the convoy list for tomorrow here below: We will be using Channel 2 - 446.031 Mhz As this is a scenic drive, we will be using a lot of farm tracks, combined with wadis and a tiny bit of tarmac. I hope you understand this won't be a dune-bashing drive, but more of an exploration drive where we just enjoy the scenic terrains and mountain views. For that main reason, i would like you to all deflate to 18PSI and not lower, so we don't have a risk on tyre damage. ( In case needed we will go down to 15, not any further) We will put up our flags in the morning, but once we have crossed the main road and make our way to the wadis, you can remove your flag. We will be exiting in Asimah, a bit north of Masafi. After finishing the drive i highly recommend you explore Masafi a bit as it has nice shops, restaurants, and a 25dhs carwash if you need one See you all tomorrow morning !1 point
