Is this particular model - Porsche 944 - good as a first car? I've got a close friend who is really interested in buying a Porsche and ehc laims that this brand is the best German car brand.

I stick to gas with better quality. This type of gas lasts longer. I am not sure that using some special gas saving gadgets can help.

I agree with Zulfi. UAE is a place where you will need to change car battery more frequently, but not very frequently. Depending on the manufacturer they last between 3 and 5 years.

These two cars seem to have similar performance so which one do you prefer? Honda has better engines, but Toyota looks better.

Yaris is an excellent city vehicle. If you are in a place where fnding parking space is difficult go for Yaris. It also looks very nice.

Well we can't say that there isn't room for any type of tuning. There is always room for certain improvement especially when it comes to speed and appearance.

I agree. They do have more aerodynamic look and they seem to be faster. It depends on how you plan to use them. If you carry bags or if you are a family man then you should consider some other options.

Wow, this is a really difficult question. There are too many models of these trucks and not all of them come with same features. In my opinion Ford has the best heavy duty trucks and maybe I am a little bit biased because I own Ford car:)

Why take the risk? These signs are there for a reason it is not like the authorities are placing them for fun:) Yes, there are radars, regular police checks and cameras too. Respect the signs especially if you are a foreign citizen.

Well even if you don't exceed 35.000 miles it is always a good idea to change the dust filters. United Araba Emirates is a region with more dust than European countries and these filters are cheap.

They can get dirty. But, it probably will take 100,000 kms or more for it to happen. I don’t think you need to change the fuel filter on a new car. But, it’s a good idea as the car ages.

Who here had one? I know at least one of you have had a Chevette. I’ve had two of them in the past. They were good cheap cars.
