If they signed and stamp this pdf looks like you have a legit warranty certificate for 5 years.

From my information; 1- You need to shovel under the tires to create room for car to came out itself. After the car move you can understand either it will go forward or backward. Than you will move accordingly and make the very gentle tug if needed. 2- From the position it is clear that car needs to reverse down. You need to clear the sand under the tires so car can reverse back. You can make very gentle tug from the position that Cruiser stays if only really needed. 3- From the position it is clear that car needs to move forward down. You need to clear the sand under the tires so car can move forward. You can make very gentle tug from the mirror position that Cruiser stays if only really needed.

I found a cut on the wire. I can see the copper cables inside but looks like those cables still fine. Is this could be the reason?

I am not good with electric at all but this could be my chance to open it up and try to understand how electric system works. I will visit Speedex to get a multimeter.

What could be the reason for a compressor to not work? I got Camel double cylinder air compressor from DM. I used it once. I always kept it in the trunk inside its case in secured place. Last time after drive it didnt started at all. What to check or should i consider it trash? I dont think i have an option to go back to DM and asking replacement. I dont have any receipt and i got it from a small counter not from a proper shop.

Jeep life My Jeep was the same it was getting washed by mechanic only. It was going frequent enough to garage i wasn't need to get it washed. @topgear I guess you should get your car washed every 2 weeks. It depends also how dirty it is. In the area i am living lots of construction going on so car is getting dirty quickly. Before i was living in Marina having fully closed parking space. I needed to wash the car only once a month. Also don`t forget to get under wash time to time. Its good to remove all the dirt and mud under the car.

Trip report from my eyes; It is always good to wake up early. I am feeling like i have double friday. It is much longer. Almost everyone came on time. It`s been a long time after i drove in this area. I remembered the old days with my black Cherokee We had a great drive. We had many refusals but 0 stuck. My tow rope stayed in trunk all the drive. I can say all did well. @Gaurav indeed it`s been a long long time after we drove together. It was great to driving with you again. @Lisa Pemberton Me and my passenger got impressed with your staying calm level even in the nastiest situations. That is very important skill to became a great off roader. @Veedooshee you are listening and following the instructions whenever required. You did well. @Kieran McKeown handling that 4 cylinder SUV is not for everyone. You managed to take it everywhere. I am sure with time you will be surprising us with what a 4 cylinder Duster can do. @Jun Zamora very good job as second lead. @Nivin very good job as well sweep. You kept informing us about the convoy all the time. Thanks. @Sreejith Sreenivasan, @shrei @Onlyjunaid @topgear flawless drive guys.

Jeep Wrangler TJ overheating - New day new story
sertac replied to syed salman raza's topic in General Discussions
Have you take the car Barry as well? -
If it was Grand Cherokee you could off road it with some modifications. Cherokee and Compass are just Fiat with Jeep badge. You can off road them until certain point. Like you can enter the unpaved roads etc. But you cant take it to dune bashing. I remember 3 years ago there was a guy came with shiny Cherokee and in one day he brake all the under body plastic covers. @Gaurav he is actually talking about Cherokee not Grand Cherokee.

Yes Jeeps can be expensive to maintain but you are talking about quite new cars. You can get extended warranty to have peace of mind. Cherokee & Compass only good for on-road. They are not off roaders. For 85.000 budget i would look in to Toyota FJ cruiser if you need something cheap to maintain. It is fully off road capable and at the same time very nice to drive on road. One downsize very bad visibility.

Replace the Pajero original sound system
sertac replied to Michael sammy's topic in Mitsubishi Pajero Forum in UAE
Adding external ampfi and subwoofer with Chinese android system might be good option. Since my car is basic option original speakers not that good. Is anyone running off road navigation app on these screens? I need the screen because my wife need backup camera and i am also thinking it would be good to have the navigation on such big screen while off roading.- 11 replies

Dash mount recommended for Pajero 2010
sertac replied to Lisa Pemberton's topic in Mitsubishi Pajero Forum in UAE
There was one Carrefour selling. It is just 12.5AED. Very cheap plastic one. I am using one in my wife`s car for 1.5 year no fail. Another one i used on my Jeep for 13 months no fail as well. While i am selling the Jepp i forget to remove it. Yesterday i looked to find one more but i couldn't. If you can find i strongly recommend. First time i saw something that cheap really works better than the expensive ones. -
When i was looking for Xterra i test drove few cars. One of them was having this beefy BFG tires. I immediately felt down about the car. It was super noisy. From that time i am thinking if i need to change the tires(looks like i will in coming months) what should i get. Geolander AT was on my mind but i guess even that one will be making some road noise. Since %95 i am driving on the highway probably i should get a HT.

Every off-roader must know: What Went Wrong?
sertac replied to Rahimdad's topic in Off-Road Club's Discussions
My guess he was trying to do a jump but a proper jump like in below video. To do that he needs a suspension system matches to the purpose and proper training. Also of course you have to know what is behind the dune. Note for everyone i am sure all of you aware but never ever try this. I wont end well. -

If you are able to pay 15-20.000AED you can get a 2009-2010 Xterra. Cherokee can be a good off roader but it will demand lots of maintenance.
