  1. Certain vehicles ( examples : Jeep Wrangler , hammer , Nissan Xterra , G wagon ... etc ) were produced in the first place for military purposes in their stock form. However when they were shifted to the public the stock form has been modified slightly to accommodate the civilian needs in terms of appearance and compactness . However the core remains the same like engine and drivetrain chain. That’s why we see these vehicles perform excellent in their stock forms even to the extremes of the different environment with minimal needed no major modifications ( example : bash plates , kill switch’s , tyre size to certain extent ) , ( major modification. In my opinion is a modification that entails replacement or compensating an entire system e.g : huge tyres needs lift more than 2.5 in goes with that spacers then re gearing . Possibly the entire steering system and later ... etc ) ... for all these reasons and also reasons that I am using my vehicle on the road , I believe that the majorly modified vehicles should be reserved for very specific controlled recreational event in specific area and driven by specifically trained ppl. I think our common offroad vehicles in their major stock forms can perform reasonably with no major issues.
  2. After I tried some of these finally I found the fastest and cheapest one is the stem removal tool . True it took practice but I found it the handiest and fastest and in case I keep a bunch of stem core available. One min and all the rubber flat up to 10 psi with less knee pain and my picnic Barrique stool kept at home backyard 😜
  3. Totally agree with @Frederic ( nice profile pict by the way ☺️ ) @Rahimdad and @Lorenzo Candelpergher to highlight such an important subject . Actually it makes a lot of difference after finally you get the balance of the optimum tyre pressure which helps you to float Nicely but also without getting popped out in your own particular vehicle. after practice I am on 10 psi always and till this moment no pop out . But this doesn’t mean that I will not. It’s all about practice and drive style but generally speaking to what the particular drive level dictates for safety reasons i was going from 15 to 10 psi gradually and now Settled on 10 psi .
  4. Please can you wait @Emmanuel till I get to my 5th IM , two more to go 🙏🏻 I am so interested about this action 😅 unless you make discount for me then I am ready from next one ☺️
  5. Please watch carefully and enjoy Look for the speed control and approach from above by drone and most important the music in back ground of the clip 😎
  6. Fossil rock is always fascinating and offers all what is needed for any drive level . And yes I felt it’s completely new area after reading Lorenzo’s pre drive intro. 7. Those are the dreams of individuals who made it step by step with hard work and defined and refined work to come to reality and more than that learned afterwords how to keep it sustain it and develop it to higher and better levels because the “ dreams of the determined ppl has no plateau “
  8. 😄 I remember how did I feel about it when I swept for the first time it was also first time Richard leading a newbie convoy and Gaurav was in the center forward and I was in the sweep . I said : “Being in the Sweep position it felt like a Goalkeeper who should keep an eye not only on the ball "( convoy )'direction, but more to predict how and where goes to the best he can as our yard is not flat and to give relevant feedback to the captain and other players in the game. Yet and when appropriate even can pass through when needed and safe.”
  9. Don’t underestimate the power of your X , ohh boy it is powerful indeed till now believe it or not I am still discovering things in it and yes this vehicle is made to be driven in such environment especially in climbing. BUT always remember buddy it’s Finally the driver who is unleashing and controlling the power of this lovely beast . Well done 👍
  10. I like the discussion above , just I would like to emphasis few points and this is my opinion . while it’s good to have the tech , in my opinion I wouldn’t look for them till I learn how to operate the back up in case of tech failure. In other words knowing the secrets entails manual practice. Sticking to off-roading some situations of stuck all this tech will be of no help when all your wheels are in the air ( perfect crest ) and the only way to let these tech to operate you need to get the wheels on ground. At times the shovel is the life saving when you are in the middle of no where but also you need to know what are you doing. second please remember that the one who invented the tech is us humans based on data of manual experience and sophisticated simulation with tons of probabilities. I am not against the tech at all but I am definitely with trying to understand it’s basics and this can’t be done automatically but with practice and experience . cheers 🙏🏻
