I totally agree with the idea proposed by @Ahab Shamaa and request CC management to make the decision.

I thought I was the earliest to wait list and maybe no yet sure how to do it end up way at the bottom... ie find myself on the 9/10 spot I doubt if there is heck of chance the club starts a new drive or everyone backs out....🙄

@Lorenzo Candelpergher I surely would love to nick name you the flying lorenzo..it was a wonderful pace and I enjoyed being on this drive. Amazing is the part that you drive a Nissan Petrol long wheel which is a super heavy luxury SUV but your talent is such that you make it look so easy to drive. Among the drive objectives as you mentioned one was to enjoy the desert view but the only view I had is my bonnet and the tracks of the car in front me such was the pace. IM is an experience I feel a bit challenging with 100% concentration... .

I actually did the same after become IM; with my new FJ did 4 drives and master class before going for my IM.

Yes thanks @Srikumar your leadership and night navigation was commendable.. though once I did do night as sweep with with you but the terrain was not so challenging as last evening. I purposely did not tax my new FJ too much on the climbs coupled with my bruised rib. I am sorry for the two drivers who had to leave behind their vehicles for mechanical issues. I wish to thank all our fellow drivers but expectionally my dear friend @Ahab Shamaa and @Abu Muhammad..

My request would be to keep it for IM but shall in all case abide by the Club decision..

Thanks @Foxtrot Oscar and all my fellow drivers a very scenic drive with least number of stuck by anyone. The sand was a bit churned up in the last hour by loads of weekend drivers. The covid worry was tossed away by a bunch of tourist at the hill top almost 50 of them crowed at the top to watch the sunset. I may sound a bit lazy here but in the end there was line of shops inflating tyres for aed 10 and I obliged one of them 😁.

I am thankful to @Wrangeld for his sheer patience on the drive and how he successfully conducted the stuck rescues as General in the battlefield. My new FJ had a starting scare where the kill switch was not adapted for 2020 model and on engaging 4H it disconnected the power break and become manual plus I had a very irritating beeping that lasted the entire 6 hours of the drive. I have never seen or experienced so many stucks ever on any previous drives where nearly every car got into some trouble or other. I had pull out cars, used spade to dig and participated in 2 difficult popouts. Overall I thank my new FJ it was the smoothest drive I ever and can proudly claim that I never got stuck or refusal even once. The Pajero experience came real handy having a much more powerful car was simply awesome. Finally the garage fixed the kill switch today and I am looking to do a another newbie drive before going to F+ then intermediate. Thanks also to my other drive mates good team work overall.
