@Frederic I don't know what I did to piss off the desert gods, but it looks like I won't be going on any overnight carnity drive this year. My car is still at the doc needing more love so I'll bow out of this one as well. On the flip side, one soul from the WL is in for a wonderful surprise. I'm counting on you guys to make the right offering in my behalf while out there so they'll look upon me kindly again Enjoy it.

To my sand brotheren, Happy to say we left the car in capable hands and are now relaxing at home with a cold one. If it weren't for the facelift it needs, it could have gone straight back to the next drive after the last fix. It drove itself to the garage as though nothing happened. Big thanks to @Varun Mehndiratta for the thrilling ride as always and for constantly checking to make sure everything is okay. @Hisham Masaad the maestro indeed! I've already told Santa what I want for Christmas: for him to load my drawers with everything you have in your car My gratitude to the entire convoy who pitched in whether getting their hands dirty, giving up their precious water, or just waiting on us with patience. Finally the support @Waqas Parvez @Simon D @Tareq Al Turq deserves a round of applause. Have a lovely weekend and see you soon on the next one.

Interested in camping too but tentative until I can be sure I’d be back to Dubai on Thursday.

Hi @Kailas two weeks in a garage and I still didn’t manage to get my car back yet. I’m still holding out hope but looking less likely with every passing hour. I see there’s no one on the WL so I won’t leave yet but wanted to give you heads up in case I don’t make it. I was really looking forward to this and miracles do happen but in case this time it doesn’t, you guys have fun!

Hi @JeromeFJ I would love to be in the intermediate convoy but I only have one IM drive so far with another coming up this weekend. I’d been removed from another drive before for the same reason so I booked a FB+ to be on the safe side. I’d appreciate if I could move my RSVP here or at least be on the WL. Thanks.
