Drive Plan : This drive is to celebrate Our very own, one of my Fav Marshals @Islam Soliman's Contribution to our learnings and passion for Technical drives. Islam is leaving Dubai for good, to be back to his base, Egypt, and hence this drive has been planned. Brace up for immense patience as we will be navigating through one of most challenging dunes of Lisaili, heading towards Chimney ( If time permits ) - Brace up for lot of stucks & Recoveries ! The drive will be a fast pace ( Only when compared to speed of Snail! ) We will have evening coffee during the break or during recoveries - Only time to tell when that will be ! @Gaurav - Before joining Carnity and during first few drives, I was always an Art student, and now I can call myself a Science student, with Art background, lol - all with No mods so far ! - So cant agree more to what you mentioned above - Having learnt it hard way myself, when Cresting was my unchosen passion in initial days

Dear Confirmed members @Aser @Nizar Shawwa @Andrew John Melvill @RiadJL @Shaun J @Ishak @Brett Eicher @Cesar Chacon : Can you please update RSVP if any changes to your plans ? I intend to keep it all in all 10 cars considering the terrain and level and the intention behind this drive.. So that those in WL can firm up their plans accordingly. and dear WL members : @nithish468 @Tharun Kumar V @Zak_ If I were you, I will start my evil prayers to move up to confirmed list - As of now, its 10 cars and I prefer to keep it not more than 10, as it could be very tricky and challenging considering some part of "summer" ongoing.

Emanuel has been promoted to Support Team
DP1011 replied to Gaurav's topic in Off-Road Club's Announcements
Congratulations @Emanuel! Very very well deserving promotion, and am sure you are going to be a great addition and asset to the team! Looking forward to seeing you sooon on sands with your new title:) - Enjoy the experience that awaits you ahead! -
@Abhishek Chikara - I have got hardly anything left to whats already highlighted. One thing that made a huge difference during my FB+ days - Reducing 2 PSIs. We had a decent size dune, and I noticed compared to @Benjamin Whose climb was as if its onroad, and letting @Gaurav Have a go with my Jeep and then his suggestion to go down 1-2 PSI, so from 11, I went down to 9, and I felt happy that there was nothing wrong with my machine😂 AND in addition to this, yes ofcourse triptonic, but with AC off also makes a difference at times for steep dunes!

Thanks all for being part of this and making it a fantastic drive ! Everyone drove exceptionally well, and gracefully kept taking up those technical challenges - Specially the back end of convoy who dealt with Churned soft tracks! @Aser @Brett Eicher @Mahmut @Nizar Shawwa @Marek @Alexanderrr @RiadJL @Aser Perfect SL job! Right amount of distance and @Zed Thanks for sweeping us and handling those few refusals at the back For those missing on tags , pls see the insta reel uploaded, and lemme know can tag u if u want me to. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_40eLtSJPE/?igsh=MW40bGJ1ZHJuMW5jdg== Surprisingly, below snapshot, not sure how the stopped time is 58 minutes, I felt we dint had any stoppages, except one for 10 minutes - Does urs too show similar stats?
