  1. Thanks @ShereenMK , was a really nice drive, and I was privileged with another great convoy! And the jeep is really the one doing all the work, I'm just pushing the gas pedal 😂
  2. Another great ride this morning; thank you again for organising @Asif Hussain !
  3. Thank you for organising @Asif Hussain, looking forward to another great morning drive.
  4. Thank you for organising this drive @Asif Hussain Great learning experience and very fun way to spend a morning 🙂
  5. I had an absolute blast this morning; learned a tonne and now my cheek muscles hurt from grinning ear-to-ear the entire track. Thank you everyone for the amazing drive, advice and even the odd rope tug off that pesky crest 😆 Can't wait for the next one. See you in the sand!
  6. Thank you very much, @Islam Soliman @Jaro Tuzinsky. Zoomed to a number of shops, but unfortunately no one had anything in stock; I'll have to look online. If you're comfortable with lending a radio, it's hugely appreciated, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Long days, tired brain... signed up in a bit of enthusiastic rush.
  7. Thank you, @Islam Soliman Google is showing Carrefour may have some, I'll pop over there and see what I can find.
  8. @Islam Soliman I'll remove myself from the drive, as I can't confirm the radio frequencies will match with what you're using. Unless someone knows a shop in Al Ain I can pick one up tonight; apologies for this over sight.
  9. Thank you, @Islam Soliman, looking forward to the drive. Please share your vehicle details - Make, Model, Year. Jeep Cherokee 1999 Do you have any prior off-road experience? Lots back in Canada, but completely new to desert driving. I took the Carnity Driving Masterclass last week with Srikumar. Confirm your vehicle has front and rear tow hooks / eyelets in good conditions Yes, my vehicle has front and rear tow hooks. Please confirm you have a programmable radio and a flag I have a bunch of Retevis walkie talkies, but I'm not sure what frequencies they are set at, and they are not programmable. I do have a sand flag. Please ensure you watch the below video before tomorrow's drive I have watched the video.
