garmin tread sxs 'group ride' requires everyone to be on the same hardware but can see live updates of group members and 'track' to them as well as their stats.

@Sam Don pro tip if buying methods: Lots of garages sell methods,.. and lots of garages are selling method replicas from china passed off as genuine..... last thing you want is a rim self destructing and breaking apart (speaking from experience). Google for the UAE /dubai official distributor and only buy from them, they also have the largest range of sizes, offsets, colours etc. you will be saving yourself lots of expense in the long run!

there is a number of off-road shops that can fit a steel bar through the bolts that holds the wheel on the back... they just undo the bolts, put the bar on, and tighten it back up... sticks out just above the spare wheel cover. (see pic below) ... you can message me on instagram and I can recommend the shop where I got this done if you are interested in that style of mount.

Excellent drive this morning. Lots of waypoints to hit, and lots of varied terrain to navigate, lake beds, mud, sabhka, tall dunes, METAL POLES. team dune navigators handled it all with ease and poise even after a shredded sidewall meaning we had to get out the toolkits and do a wheel swap. No more dramas from there. Think we are all ready for Jerome to guide us through DCT next weekend 🙏

run into a problem that needs a lift yet? on that beast i'd say prob not required unless you are looking at trying to fit bigger wheels / tyres under it....

Thanks @Srikumar for the amazing drive today. Haven't been on a drive with you in a long time so was great to have it be one of the best FB+ drives I've done. We started heading to the east into the sunrise enjoying some sidies before stopping for a urgent bio break. No shawermas before FB+ drives in future 😜😜 Once we got back into the rhythm the whole convoy was enjoying some big dunes loops until @GauravSoni discovered he had a stem failure which led to a popouts and eventual spare wheel replacement. While the DCT repair practise was underway we did a few ridge rides and had a refusal that required a few shovels. Good morning exercise for everyone involved before we looped back to pickup GauravSoni. From here we turned south and headed towards nagrah area. Lots of BIIIG DUNES, BIIIIG SIDIES, BIIIG SAND SPRAYS. The whole area is just a fantastic playground. Once the convoy had had it's fill of fun, we headed back west to the exit and arrived back around 10am as planned. We covered around 75km in total and I used nearly 3/4 of a tank hammering up and down those hills! Everyone drove really well, and I'm looking forward to seeing you all again on a drive sometime soon. Cheers!
