Small missing after long drive

My escalade developed very small missing on idle after every 3-4 sec after a long drive of 600km, what could be possible gone wrong here? I didnt put any other fuel than Dubai fuel and car has been regularly serviced with good engine oil and oem oil filter.

Check the higher cylinder spark plug or plug wire that might be causing this missing after every 3 secs. Like cylinder no: 5,6,7,8.
