I am really confused as I can't find any solid info to how to find out if my car is GCC specs or not? As in market lot of myth about GCC specs and people overcharge for same but what is the way to find out one....?

Word from previous owner shouldn't be holy words as he may be wrong or have been fooled in the past.

You can check the VIN number printed on car registration card use any "VIN decoder" from google that will tell you which specs that car is.

Identifying GCC Specification Vehicles:

One reliable method is to check the driver's door sill for a metallic sticker containing vehicle information in Arabic. If the sticker mentions Saudi Arabia and the UAE in Arabic script, it confirms the vehicle's GCC specifications.

This method is especially useful when assessing cars in the region for their compliance with GCC standards.
