Barry
Tesla goes on fire. Firefighters are too scared to go near it due to high voltages. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/09/07/tesla_model_s_crash_electrical_hazard_fire_brigade_netherlands/
Gaurav
That's terribly sad news for Tesla, company that is trying too hard for picking up getting bashed with one after the other bad news in media. Let's root for each other & watch each other grow.
treks
I don't know if it is terrible news for Tesla. A wake-up call maybe, and not an unexpected one. I mean, their cars have been catching fire for years, and one would have thought that they would have fixed the problem by now, especially after the bad press they have been getting about it. Tesla's are nice and all, but who wants to drive a "nice" car that can (and probably will) catch fire at any moment?
Barry
Speaking of fires, I think this one is worth a mention. Vauxhall Zafira manufactured with a faulty blower motor resistor. 71 fires in London alone! http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/vauxhall/zafira/93176/vauxhall-zafira-fires-used-cars-being-sold-without-recall-work I hate Zafiras. Driving one is a sign that you've given up on life.
