Barry
If there’s any bikers on here, chances are you’ve heard of Rickman Motorcycles. Heres one of their other ventures from way back in 1985, The Rickman Ranger. Based on a Jimny chassis with a GRP body. Most of them had a 2.0 Pinto engine, good for 150 BHP with a cam, carb and port and polish job. This one runs a 1.3 X-Flow engine, good for 100 BHP with a few mods. GRP body means it’s super light which should make for an impressive power to weight ratio for a small car. For something built in 1985, it’s definitely a few years ahead of it’s time. Was never sold as a full car though, you had to buy the kit and build it yourself.
