car is not starting after starter and realy change

the car is not starting it is not turning over so i changed the starter and relay switch but it is still the same.

what should i change now

Jump start the car n if start drive for at least one hr and come and park the car and restart. If it start that means battery was down and now charged after an hour driving. If it doesn't start that means battery is dead and you need new one.
