Advise on Off Road LED Light Bar Installation and Wiring

Bought a Nilight (ZH409 20 Inch 420W Triple Row Flood Spot Combo 42000LM LED Light Bar with Heavy Duty Off-Road Wiring Harness). The spec says its 420W rating light bar which equates to 35Amps. The combo wiring harness that came along have a 15A fuse on the positive battery terminal connection with a 40A relay for the switch, The wire in 16 AWG which is technically rated for 15A. Please advise on the below,

1) Is the wiring harness suitable for the 420W light bar considering that the wire is only 15AWG and there is a 15A fuse. Will the fuse blow off with the 420W load.

2) What's the max rating of light bar, spot lights that we can go for with a Pajero 2013 model. Is an upgrade on battery or alternator required?
