DRIVE DESCRIPTION
Need a quick mid-week night drive?
Happy to drive out to Al Fayah?
Interested in having a nice sit down tea/coffee before inflating and heading home?

If you answered yes to these questions, have I got the drive for you!

We will be doing a short blast (2.5 hours max) around Al Fayah on Tuesday night. We will start off heading through the sabkha then making our way back in reverse from the usual course.

We will stop the convoy towards the end of the drive, and make some coffee and tea whilst looking at the sky and chatting (30 minute break).

Don't forget your chair!

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE MEETING POINT. THIS IS NOT THE USUAL AL FAYAH MEETING LOCATION.

DRIVE DETAILS

Level:  Fewbie and above

Meeting time: 20:00 (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 22:30 (10:30pm)

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

• This drive is limited to 8 cars only. RSVP will close on Wednesday - 17:00.
• If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once someone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
• Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month

Thanks for the exciting drive everyone. We travel about 50km. And kept the pace up whilst shooting through the darkness and looking for nice Sidies!

I managed to get crested on the diff again but thanks to lots of teamwork managed to escape relatively quickly 😅🙏

Was nice to sit around and enjoy a bit of a chill out coffee session on a cold night!

What an amazing drive! Huge thanks to @Luke K P for leading the convoy, showing us some unseen parts of the desert and ofcourse the coffee.
