Thank you for joining Al Qudra Coffee Club (2nd) drive.

I have checked the weather, and we may encounter some rain on the way to the meeting point, Please be careful, especially  around puddles. If the conditions become too risky, feel free to turn back and let me know.

Since the sand will be fully compacted at the moment, please avoid deflating your tires as much as usual. Maybe around 16 to 18 psi should be enough, and we can adjust later depending on the sand conditions.

Also, please don’t forget to bring your chairs 🪑 and a jacket 🧥, as it may be windy and cold.

We will use channel 8: 446.181

Hello @Ishak, not sure if I can make it. Some minor weird sound and my car is pulling to one side. I doubt the steering box or axle. Let me check and will confirm shortly. On my way to workshop.

There appears to be a crack in the boot which would have allowed the water to enter. This could have reduced the lubrication and cause this damage!

Unfortunately, I will have to drop out of the drive this evening (my wife isn't as robust as I!) due to the 'imminent danger' of weather and the alerts that we've had this afternoon over this way. 

My apologies, I was very much looking forward to it.

The traction control actively braking frequently during offroad drive is also causing extra shock stress for the CV joints. Wish you quick and efficient repair.
