radiator fan is not working

the radiator fan of my 2001 grand cherokee is not working so i got it replaced and the situation remains the same. help

What s is the situation??? Is car overheating. Then you should change the thermostat, check radiator isnt bocked and get its core cleaning done, Check AC fan is working with AC on.
