Jeh
Admit it once in a while all of us come across this phrase after buying their cars, "I didnt know, my car can do that!" There are many features which pop up even after memorizing the whole freaking manual. And there are some features which with a few tweaks give a OMG effect. So share with us all your discoveries/tricks/tips and hidden treasures of your mean machines! Here are few to begin with: Jeeps equipped with a Chrysler computer ('91 and later models) and fuel injection have a "fault code" feature in the engine controller. This allows the engine controller to detect certain "faults" in the system. The codes indicate the result of a failure, but do not identify the failed component directly. The codes are displayed by the CHECK ENGINE light flashing a sequence of two-digit codes. CHEROKEE 99 MODEL: If you have the headlights on, shut them off, then shut the ignition off they shut off instantly. If you have the headlights on, shut the ignition off first, then the lights, they stay on for like 30 seconds.
