Radiator leak

MY04 V6 model has slow radiator leak on RHS at the core/tank junction from 150,000 km (now 210k), which I have closely monitored. I have been offered a used item from MY05 but as these are aluminium, what are the risks?

Change to any (used/new) you like or afford/satisfy with. DO NOT DELAY RADIATOR LEAKS, if noticed. They can seriously fry your engine in 1-5mins of not noticing it.
