Thanks for your interest in my 1985 Land Rover Defender. It is in excellent condition, has 2,560 mile, Automatic transmission, no damages, non smoker, it has the technical book and all papers. The car has never been involved in accidents.

The car is located in Newcastle, England because I just finished the divorce with my husband and I have moved here with my work. The car is registered on my name, so when you will receive it you will don't have to pay any additional import or customs taxes. I am under enormous time pressure cause I need to sell it fast, that being the reason for selling it so low. I tried to sell it to a local dealer but they told me they can't not accept it in UK because of the left hand drive and because is not registered here. The total price is $32000 USD and the shipping cost is included.

Because it is a large transaction, we will complete the deal only using an authorized third part like eBay because I already prearranged the whole process with them, using their eBay protection program.

The person is using the REAL Berkshire listing to rip you off of a non-existant car. DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT!!!

If you see a real 130 on the streets in the UAE then call me but avoid the Internet. It is a massive ripoff waiting to happen.

This is a CONFIRMED SCAM. Here is the reply I got from Berkshire Land Rover today:

Thank you for alerting us to this. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened in the Middle East and we have also had instances from the Far East, Africa and even the UK. I guess that is the risk when we produce such nice vehicles.
